Cancellation, Refunds & Returns Policy
         
Southern Supermarket is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Please note that products once delivered are generally non-returnable, non-replaceable, and non-exchangeable, with exceptions as detailed below.
      
Cancellation:
  • Eligibility: Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Process: To cancel an order, contact our customer service team:

  • Fees: No cancellation fees apply if the cancellation is confirmed before dispatch.
Returns:
  • Eligibility for Return/Exchange: Products are eligible for return or exchange if they meet any of the following conditions:
    • Product is damaged upon delivery.
    • Product is defective.
    • Product is expired at the time of delivery.
    • Product was incorrectly delivered.
  • Return Process:
    • Initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.  
    • Products must be returned in their original packaging with receipts.
    • Timeline: Return processing will be completed within 4 to 10 days from the date of request, depending on location and product condition verification.
  • Fees: No additional fees for returns, but any original delivery charges are non-refundable.
      Refund Policy:
      • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are applicable only for items eligible under our return policy.
      • Refund Process:
        • Refunds are processed within 10 working days from the approval date of return or cancellation, subject to successful verification. All refunds are issued in Indian Rupees.
        • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
      • Additional Charges: No processing fees are charged for refunds, but delivery charges are non-refundable.
        Note: Southern Supermarket reserves the right to reject returns or refunds if the eligibility criteria are not met.
